1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the Netherlands and select EU countries. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us to discuss options.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Methods and Carriers
We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL and UPS. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout, if options are available.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight. Free shipping is available only for custom quote orders exceeding a certain amount, as stated on our website. Regular webshop orders are subject to standard shipping fees.
5. Delivery Time Estimates
* The following delivery estimates apply only to products that are currently in stock
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@4revisionengines.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
