• The product must be in unused and resellable condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Returns must include the order number and customer details.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-ordered or personalized products
• Used or damaged items

6.Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace a product, please return the item and place a new order.
