ZRP rods are engineered for high-performance and motorsport applications, CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 817M40T (EN24T) and 4340 steel for outstanding strength and durability. Each rod undergoes multi-stage heat treatment, shot peening, and magnaflux inspection to ensure structural integrity under extreme loads. Designed using FEA analysis and balanced to within ±1 g, ZRP rods maintain tight tolerances (±0.005 mm) and are equipped with ARP 2000 or optional L19 bolts.
