ACDelco Supercharger Oil is the factory-specified lubricant for Eaton M-series superchargers, including the M45 unit used in the MINI R53 Cooper S. Unlike transmission oils, this fully synthetic formula is engineered to handle the extreme conditions inside a supercharger, rotor speeds over 18,000 RPM, constant heat, and the high-load needle bearings in the front drive.

Formulated for extreme conditions, this oil resists breakdown and evaporation under heat while maintaining a strong lubricating film on gears and bearings. The result is a supercharger that runs cooler, quieter, and stays reliable for the long term.

Service information:
To fully service the MINI Cooper S (R53) Eaton M45 supercharger, you will need two bottles of ACDelco Supercharger Oil. The system requires;

– 145 ml for the front (pulley side)
– 40 ml for the rear (water pump side)
